Solution Manager (m/w/d) - Fire Detection & Care Comms. DACH & BeNeLux

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Solution Manager (m/w/d) in the area of Fire Detection & Care Communications – DACH & BeNeLux, which supports and develops our products over the entire life cycle.

Location: Germany or the Netherlands (preferably room Düsseldorf, Cologne or Rotterdam) Responsibility for the entire lifecycle management of solutions, products and services in the DACH & BeNeLux region Control and further development of the product and service portfolio according to customer and market needs Close cooperation with Global Products and third-party providers to develop new functions Creation of business cases for new products or developments Support for sales as technical contact for special solutions Coordination and support in product launches, product improvements and end-of-life activities compliance with country-specific requirements in the product portfolio; Monitoring of changes and initiation of appropriate measures Analysis and recommendation of market prices in cooperation with the pricing team Providing reliable data for product forecasts Market observation and overview of competition and technological developments Development of a result-oriented, holistic strategy and a supply and product plan that complements existing core solutions Leading role in cooperation with the business and coordination of measures to promote growth

So you will address your tasks:

As a solution manager, you are responsible for driving profitable growth initiatives in your region – in close coordination with the regional strategy and sales managers. You support portfolio development and management with the goal of long-term customer satisfaction, competitive advantages, market share gain and profitability – including third-party products. You use tools to control your products across the entire product lifecycle and contribute to achieving annual targets in terms of revenue, profit and other KPIs. Studies in electrical engineering, electronics or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of experience in product management or safety installations Experience with VOC, product strategy, portfolio & lifecycle management Knowledge in MS Office, Salesforce, Project and Time Management Strong, team-oriented, flexible and self-initiative Knowledge of country-specific standards and regulations (at least in one of the supervised countries) Ready to travel up to 30 %
