You answer questions about consumer credit – by phone, email or live chat You support our customers in initial questions and find a suitable solution for any problem You work closely with our credit consultants (m/w/d), supports administrative tasks and provide support for queries to use our app For reliable care and documentation of all relevant data

First professional experience of internships or similar Impressed customer orientation and service readiness Communication strength, a sympathetic way and contact joy Target-oriented and conscientious operation and reliability Good knowledge of German in word and writing Secure MS Office Knowledge At least 8 hours of working time per week, ideally in marginal times, as well as willingness to work on site in the office.
