• Preparation of Mise en Place
• chef's support in joint planning, tasting and production of the gourmet menu
• Planning and implementation of your own post tasks
• Work taking into account the use of goods
• compliance with food hygiene regulations
• Ensuring the HACCP guidelines in the kitchen area

We would like to offer you a regulated 4-day week, Sunday & Monday & Tuesday, only two menus, no á la carte service, MI/ DO/ FR only evening service, 7 weeks annual holiday, public holidays outside the opening hours closed, Christmas; Easter & Pentecost free!! as well as a performance-oriented payment, from approx. 3200€. fairly distributed tips for the kitchen team and night supplements.
