Telephone customer contact: You conduct independent discussions with new and existing customers – both inbound and outbound – and ensure professional and targeted communication Customer qualification via different channels: You identify and qualify potential customers across different communication channels and develop a deep understanding of their requirements and needs Date management & preparation: You agree customer appointments and prepare them structured for the account managers to create an optimal basis of conversation Documentation & CRM-Pflege: You take the preparation and follow-up of conversations as well as the complete documentation of all customer information and interactions in the CRM system Follow-ups & customer satisfaction: You conduct follow-up talks, organize customer satisfaction surveys and consistently follow marketing measures Cooperation & Relationship Management: You work closely with the Account Managers and actively contribute to the development and maintenance of customer and interest relationships Proactive new contact: You are actively approaching new contacts to build customer relationships and develop them sustainably Demand analysis in the customer interview: You recognize potentials, analyze customer requirements and guide appropriate approaches Optional – training: You have the opportunity to support trainees in the area of dialogue marketing as main instructors:

Commercial background: You have a completed commercial training or a study with first relevant professional experience B2B sales experience: You bring at least 2 years of experience in telemarketing and cold acquisition – ideally in the ITK industry Distribution: You have fun on sales, convince on the phone and go proactively to customers Communication strength: You can flexibly adjust yourself to different conversation partners and decision-making levels Technical interest: You are passionate about communication and infrastructure solutions CRM competence: You work safely with CRM systems and keep your pipeline in mind Structure & service orientation: You work organized, solution-oriented and with clear customer focus Drive & Teamspirit: Self-initiative, Motivation, Persistency and Team Skill Language & tool skills: You have very good German and good English skills and routine in MS Office & Outlook Optional – trainer certificate: An IHK training certificate is a plus
