Own-sponsored support and further development of a firm customer base in the sales service

Active, predominantly telephone customer advice to our product range

Construction and maintenance of long-term customer relationships

Creation of individual offers and their active follow-up

Coordination and handling of customer orders

Processing of all customer-related correspondence

Maintenance and management of customer and order data in the CRM system

Ideally, first experience in telephone sales (e.g. Call Center, Inside Sales, sales service)

Communication strength and joy at active customer contact

Structured and independent operation

Safe handling of common office applications and CRM systems

Service- and solution-oriented thinking and action
