You take the technical and operational responsibility for Cisco Voice/UC across the entire project and lifecycle - from decision-making to change phases in Complex Bids (large customer projects) in the Vodafone Business area. You act as a binding link between customer, Vodafone project organisation and integration/technology partners and consistently maintains topics, dependencies and decisions. You are responsible for the overall technical concept in Complex Bids and major projects, assessing requirements, changes and risks professionally and represents the solution in internal and external bodies. You develop sustainable target images, use cases and migration paths, moderate workshops and prepare technical and economic decisions structuredly. You will structure cost and performance images, explain limitations, responsibilities and risks and ensure that offers and sizes remain resilient and controllable. Your focus is on extensions, special topics and further developments of the solution - not on standard MACDs or ticket processing. You work closely with sales, project management and specialized internal teams and visualize the project success.

Complete study of electrical engineering, communications technology, computer science or a comparable study programme. Multiannual experience in large Cisco-based voice/UC projects in the enterprise and public sector, as well as a secure understanding of complex IT/TK architectures, project and operating models. Experience in dealing with contracting authorities, including decision-making, committee and award structures in regulated customer environments. Seniority and sovereignty in the control of complex stakeholder configurations from customers, partners, integrators and internal units. Embossed commercial understanding in large-scale projects, in particular in terms of cost, performance, risk and contract logic. High self-responsibility, analytical thinking and enforcement strength, combined with the ability to address critical issues also at management and partner level, and to consistently follow topics. Typical background as a Senior Consultant, Customer Solution Architect or Solution Architect with project responsibility, ideally from the telecommunications, IT or integrator environment as well as knowledge of German and English (C1 to GER).
