These are your tasks:

• Programming of the new Hermle C650 milling machine and existing machines
• Construction and programming of machine tools
• Planning and management of the optimal distribution of components to the machines taking into account programs and technologies
• Optimization of machine running times, manufacturing processes and efficiency enhancement
• Support for lean production in flow production
• Responsibility for project management of various programs to improve production efficiency

Take this with you:

• Technicians or masters with 2-5 years of experience in CAD/CAM programming and production preparation, focusing on parts production technology
• Professional experience in multi-axis milling programming and work preparation
• knowledge of process optimization according to Lean-Manufacturing principles
• Found and detectable experience with NX CAD, CAM or comparable systems
• Analytical and structured way of thinking
• readiness to integrate into the programming and optimization of punching and laser machines and their processes
• High motivation, strong communication strength and team skills
• Flowing German and English skills
