Own drawing and further development of construction plans – in particular construction and land use plans – based on AutoCAD Active participation in plan procedures in accordance with the applicable legal requirements, from the first draft idea to the Statute Decision Self-responsible preparation, monitoring and participation in voting dates and planning sessions Technical advice and continuous coordination with municipalities, specialist authorities and contracting entities

Completed studies in urban and regional planning, spatial planning, geography, landscape planning or comparable discipline Professional experience in construction planning or urban planning is advantageous knowledge of how to use AutoCAD; additional knowledge of WS LandCAD are advantageous Analytical, Structured and Result-Oriented Operation High motivation, team and communication skills Class B valid driving permit Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1) in order to understand relationships safely and to communicate clearly in plan procedures and interviews
