Control, control and responsibility of the contractual handling of various construction projects and remodeling projects in stock / TGA according to the performance phases 1–8 of the HOAI Coordination of all works involved in the construction and internal and external project participants Cost management, quality control and ensuring compliance with all safety and construction standards

Technical training e.g. as an electrician/plant mechanic HKLS with further training as a technician/master or alternatively a technical study in the field of civil engineering / technical building equipment / architecture Ideally with multiannual professional experience in the field of construction management or project management, but also professionals are welcome!

Knowledge of HOAI, VOB and follow-up management
