Your role ensuring stability of relevant measurement processes in the field of optical engineering; systematic causes analyses and appropriate countermeasures in the event of deviations.

Development, evaluation and optimization of measurement strategies for optical components and manufacturing processes – Focus on reproducible measurement results, process capability and resilient decision bases.

identification of new or improved measurement methods; Accompanying testing and transfer of released solutions in series production.

definition of requirements for measuring devices, devices, evaluation logics and test procedures; technical preparation of investment requirements as well as accompanying implementation, acceptance and handover to production.

Support of supply, prototype and series start-up processes by technical evaluation of drawings, specifications, customer requirements and feasibility aspects.

Complete studies in the field of natural or engineering, such as measurement technology, optics/photonics, mechanical engineering, physics, precision engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.

found practical experience in industrial measurement technology, optical production, manufacturing measurement technology, process development or production engineering; Experience in project management is advantageous.

Good understanding of measurement chains, measurement uncertainty, repeatability and comparability, test planning and statistical evaluation of measurement and process data.

Knowledge of optical manufacturing and testing methods, as well as the selection, qualification and series transmission of measurement methods and measuring means.

Safe application of structured problem-solving methods, e.g. root analysis, experimental planning, risk assessment and sustainable process stabilization.

Embossed interface competency, clear technical communication and the ability to prepare complex issues for production, engineering, development, quality and management.
