Self-determination and conversion of projects in the context of maintenance / optimization of plants and machines in cooperation with the operational engineer Creation of the associated parts, assemblies, documentation and programs with the aid of the necessary tools and instruments Self-responsible elimination of faults in automated production plants Coordination or joint troubleshooting at the entire plant, the cause of which lies in the interaction of the energy/media sectors, EMSR / electrical engineering and mechanics Conducting preventive mechanical assembly and maintenance work after order clarification, testing, production and repair of spare parts and wear parts Perception and documentation of weaknesses in machinery and equipment and recommendation of measures to remedy and identify ideas and implement the system Certain and independent logging of the measures carried out in existing documents (handwritten or computer-assisted) Contact to and support external suppliers and service providers for clarification of spare parts questions and planning or Implementation of maintenance and optimization measures Compliance with GMP principles, rules of UVV and valid technical rules

Complete vocational training mechatronics, electronics, automation technology or comparable specialist training Complete technician or master training is desirable Basic electrical and metal training Basic knowledge of WIG welding is desirable Experience in the operation and maintenance of production plants Basic knowledge of process engineering, hydraulics and pneumatics Basic knowledge of drive, control, measurement and control technology as well as PLC knowledge (e.g. Siemens SIMATIC S7+ TIA) Experience with GMP foundations Knowledge of explosion protection or willingness to acquire these on training High technical understanding and accuracy Decision-making, cross-disciplinary thinking and high operational readiness Embossed reliability, team and communication skills High cost and quality awareness Computer knowledge about user programs such as SAP, Windows, MS Excel and MS Word Very good German knowledge and basic knowledge in English in Word and Writing
