You enter and develop our Microsoft 365 SharePoint environment and thus shape efficient, sustainable cooperation in the organization. You are part of our IT Client Services team and develop technical solutions for Modern Workplace requirements – from conception to implementation with focus on Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint, OneDrive and related collaboration tools). You support our users in everyday work with modern workplace tools (M365, clients, workplace application software) and provide targeted support and understandable documentation for high user satisfaction. You continuously optimize existing processes and tools in your field of action, automate recurring tasks and ensure a stable and sustainable operation of our IT landscape – taking into account relevant standards (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 9001). You have the pleasure of contacting employees, accompanying our colleagues along the entire Employee Lifecycle and actively bringing you to the solution of the most diverse IT requirements from the business environment. You participate in cross-departmental projects, for example in the Identity & Access Management environment, and support in the design and implementation of secure access and authorization structures.

Tech-Stack: Microsoft 365 · SharePoint Online · Microsoft Active Directory · PowerShell · ManageEngine AD Manager Multiannual experience in the development, adaptation and integration of Microsoft 365 Sharepoint (Cloud) and a very good technical understanding of the interactions of the Microsoft 365 environment.
