The training has been very important in Gestamp Forming for decades and is firmly anchored in our corporate culture. Training means for us an investment in the future of our company - we train for our own needs and, after successful completion of training, we employ our junior staff in the different areas of our company and offer them different training opportunities. Around 550 employees produce high-quality chassis and body products for the global automotive industry at the Ludwigsfelde site. Together with other companies of the globally operating Gestamp Group, one of the leading suppliers of the global automotive and commercial vehicle industry, we can offer our customers customized and innovative solutions.

During the three-and-a-half-year training, you acquire the following core competencies: Metalworking like turning, drilling and milling Welding technology (MAG/WIG) Manufacture, maintenance and monitoring of technical systems Installation and commissioning of production plants Implementation of quality controls

You currently have a good middle school degree (MSA) or your (special) abitur You bring a great interest in technology and craftsmanship A good mechanical and technical basic understanding belongs to your skills You can quickly think into complex systems with mechanical components You convince by a calm, accurate and solution-oriented way of working You are reliable and like to work in the team Commitment, motivation and self-initiative stand out
