You take responsibility as part of underwriting decisions You promote the further development of overarching austerity and product topics in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, e.g. further development of the tariff together with the Aktuariat Developing Risk Consulting concepts together with risk engineers

You are in the lead for the active driving of cross-species and international projects, e.g. IT project to develop a new underwriting platform International project to control natural hazards

You work with different interfaces of the AXA Group

Education: You have a successfully completed degree in the field of economics, insurance, or a comparable degree course and/or training as an insurance businessman Qualification: You have a well-founded knowledge and professional experience in the underwriting of property or industrial risks in an industrial insurer or broker or in the field of product management/species control Leadership Competence: Ideally, you bring leadership experience or experience to take responsibility in comparable roles (e.g. project manager or product owner) Customer and service orientation: You have a high customer orientation and implement strategic approaches in the further development of business policy initiatives Innovation and change skills: You are passionate about transformation issues and are open to the implementation of agile working techniques as well as a flexible, modern working environment Stakeholder management: You have a high level of competence in stakeholder management and proactively ask the right questions to find the best solutions for all stakeholders Negotiation and communication skills: Your negotiating skills and your sympathetic enforcing strength characterize you Language skills: Very good English language skills in word and writing complete your profile
