HR Manager (m/w/d) with responsibility for payroll accounting

In the course of a regulated succession, we are exclusively entrusted with the search for a professionally and humanly persuasive manager (m/w/d) with responsibility for pay billing. In this responsible position, you will lead and develop a well-established, motivated HR team from four colleagues. Together, you will design the entire range of personnel topics - from A and Arbeitsrecht to Z as well as cooperation at eye level. At the same time, after a structured incorporation and handover, you also assume responsibility for the billing of charges. Operating presence is just as natural for you as the strategic view of the further development of the personnel area.

Payments Development and harmonisation of HR processes and structures Staff support across the entire Employee Lifecycle Takeover and later self-responsible management of pay billing Cooperation with management and executives in strategic HR topics Participation in HR digitization and change processes

Multiannual experience in operational and conceptual personnel work Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security Experience in payment accounting Leadership and ideally first management experience Personality: grounded, team-oriented, pragmatic and communication-strong German and solid knowledge of English
