Handling mental stress and/or conflicts at work Support for mental impairments and/or addiction diseases Advice on family problems such as separation, divorce, education or care of relatives Case-related cooperation with internal interfaces such as occupational medicine, operational integration management Cooperation with external institutions (e.g. addiction assistance, networks for mental illness)

Graduate degree (Bachelor of Arts Social Work, Diplom-Social Worker; Diplom-Social pedagogue/in or comparable degree) Professional experience in dealing with mentally burdened and/or ill people Continuing training in system consulting Experience in conflict moderation / mediation Understanding operational framework conditions Structured, solution-oriented operation Safe handling of MS Office applications Good English knowledge of word and writing JOBV1_EN
