Construction Technician - BIM Coordination / Building Services / Environmental Technology (m/f/d)

You work on building and location plans, including 3D models You will take care of the processing of plan documents for the technical equipment of plants and buildings You're working on procedural schemes You assemble documentation and carry out mass investigations You take action as BIM coordinator:in or developer:in

You have a completed training as a building designer:in (depth, road, landscape construction) or a comparable qualification as a construction technician:in. You bring at least three years of professional experience, ideally in the planning of water or environmental systems. In handling Autodesk software such as AutoCAD as well as the popular MS Office applications, you are versed. You have good knowledge of the application of BIM and have ideally already implemented first projects. Your structured, team-oriented way of working and your secure communication in German (C1 level). A class B driving license completes your profile.
