Salesforce Specialist – Focus on Implementation & In-House Consulting (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for implementing the solution design as well as integration and implementation requirements in Salesforce (Customizing, Workflows, Automations) through configuration and development within Salesforce Clouds using the standard processes and technologies provided by Salesforce (Flows, Omni Scripts, Flexcards, Integration Procedures, Energy Data Model, APEX) You analyze the business processes, identify automation potentials develop practical solutions to improve CRM processes including the consideration of interfaces and testing and documentation Take care of the coordination and creation of blueprints/solution design incl. Implementation planning Supporting the Salesforce instances in the form of further development and service support including dealing with regulatory and system-side innovations, impact on customer-specific solutions through test procedures, regular system adaptations, updates and troubleshooting in cooperation with the central IT is an essential part of your activity The in-house consulting of the specialist departments regarding optimal use and expansion of the Salesforce platform is also part of your tasks (Energy & Utilities Cloud, Sales, Service and Experience Cloud) You take over the planning and coordination of internal and external service partners as well as the integration of parties into complex problem solutions and solution orientation In cooperation with the internal stakeholders, you implement needs-based adjustments and new features In this position, you will take training of users and create documentation for platform use

You have a successfully completed vocational training ideally in the IT sector with several years of experience in Salesforce projects You bring profound knowledge in the implementation and adaptation of Salesforce solutions (certifications of advantage) Experience in the support and continuous optimization of a Salesforce environment is assumed Your comprehensive know-how in the Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales and Service Cloud) as well as Experience Cloud and ideally also in the Energy & Utilities Cloud helps you work daily Impressive ability to understand business requirements and translate into salesforce solutions will distinguish you Experience in the in-house consulting of specialist departments to optimize CRM processes you have already successfully collected A proactive and independent way of working, paired with a solution-oriented mindset round off your profile Ideally, you have first knowledge in the field of energy management and energy processes Good Deutschkennisse (at least C1 level)
