HR Administrator Schwerpunkt Payroll (m/f/d)

In the HR department at our Hamburg location, you have the pleasure of introducing your expertise and strengthening our team. You perform the following tasks: Cross-site pre-expanding wage billing in cooperation with our external service provider ADP Care and control of billing-relevant employee data as well as management of wage and salary documents Definition, documentation and continuous optimization of payroll processes (including interface management to ADP) Account clarification and coordination with the financial accounting interfaces (FIBU) and controlling Internal audit and external audit support Personnel administration from entry to exit for a defined group of employees Working in various exciting (HR-internal) projects

Successfully completed commercial training and/or business studies with the focus on staff Relevant professional practice in the field of HR – ideally in a similar function Very good knowledge and multiannual know-how in wage accounting Experience with the staff administration system Workday is desirable Good English knowledge of word and writing Good communication capability ( oral and written) Structured and organisational working
