Your start at the Planning Team at ESN & More Nutrition in B2B! You don't just want to plan, you want to actively shape it? With us, you are actively driving the growth path of our brands ESN & More Nutrition in the B2B segment (offline & online). In close cooperation with sales, marketing and supply chain, you develop data-driven demand forecasts and action plans – and ensure their implementation to translate plans into measurable results. In order to perform the role & tasks accordingly, we ask for an understanding that we can only take into account profiles that have German knowledge at least C1 levels. Your mission to us You are responsible for creating data-driven demand forecasts and action plans in close cooperation with sales, marketing and supply chain as well as external partners You control initiatives and projects end-to-end – from initial planning to evaluation of target achievement Through systematic analyses, you identify concrete measures to implement optimizations and plan adjustments in a sustainable manner You drive forward continuous improvement processes and transformation initiatives, for example in the context of our planning tool

Your experience & skills You have a degree in BWL, Supply Chain, Operations Management or a comparable qualification You bring 3-5 years of relevant experience in the planning environment, ideally in demand planning or in the further S&OP/IBP environment You have strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving competence as well as strong presentation and communication skills You bring advanced Excel knowledge; Experiences with modern planning tools (especially o9) are advantageous You feel comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and convince by high result orientation and a pragmatic way of working
