Our area MB.CHARGE Public is internationally responsible for the market expansion, improvement and support of innovative customer solutions in the cluster “Charging@Public”. In order to achieve this, we work closely together in a team- and sector-wide manner – within the Charging Unit at Mercedes-Benz AG, but also with our colleagues in sales, development and IT. Our working methods are strongly oriented towards agile swarm logic and live with high flexibility and mutual support – also across team, division and department boundaries. In our Team Business Development MB.CHARGE Public Overseas & China, you will lead your own subprojects and support the development of the market/product and contribute to the overall development of the charging service. The focus is currently on the markets Australia/New Zealand, Korea, Japan, China, Singapore, India, Malaysia and Thailand. In this role: Work with the development of holistic (digital) customer solutions for charging services and charging infrastructure in all applications

Work independently in various topics related to international product rollouts, further development of digital customer products as well as managing marketing and communication

Create competitive analyses, strategic decision documents and top management briefings

Work in the moderation of workshops and management meetings with internal and external international partners

The activity can begin from March 2026.

To be successful... Study Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economic Engineering or Similar

Have experience with digital products/services, preferably customer pricing

Interested in Charging / e-Mobility / Energy Supply
