Legal Backoffice: You organize the secretariat, coordinate appointments and deadlines, conduct files and assist in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence with authorities, courts and external partners. Contract management: You support the creation, testing and management of contracts, maintain the contract archive and keep important contractual deadlines reliably in mind. Compliance: You contribute to the further development of compliance management, document policies and processes, organize training and support in audits and regulatory requirements. Insurance and Damage Management: You process insurance issues, accompany claims from notification to completion and coordinate communication with insurers and other stakeholders.

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Ideally professional experience in a legal department or law firm Knowledge of contract, data protection or health law is advantageous Safe handling of MS Office as well as a structured and independent operation Organisational skills, sense of responsibility and discretion Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different contact persons
