Engineer Transmission Technology Telecommunications and Information Technology (m/f/d)

Your main task area includes the design and implementation of the economic and safe operation, as well as the service and maintenance of passive infrastructure and technical facilities. You are responsible for the technical planning, management, coordination of complex customer orders and strategic projects in the transferred area of responsibility. Operational network development and monitoring is also one of your tasks. In your position as a system engineer cable network, you create technical specifications and guide work and specialist groups. You monitor the network quality, measure cable lines and are safe to use the OTDR meter. You are also responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting and troubleshooting. You also participate in a cyclical readiness.

You have a high/tech college degree or comparable in the field of telecommunications and information technology. You could ideally gain knowledge and experience in previous stations. Your work is characterised by decision-making and strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and action. Personally, you are convinced by your own initiative, team skills and conflict. You have a strong knowledge of German (in terms of negotiation) as well as knowledge of English (in word and writing) are of advantage. You own a class B license. Your activity in the security-relevant field requires the willingness to carry out an extended safety review under the Security Audit Act (SÜG). You are regularly traveling in the Brandenburg network area or take on-site terminals (at our locations, at the customer).
