IT-Support 1st & 2nd Level (m/f/d)

You accept user requests and are responsible for their documentation, prioritization, processing and tracking You perform fault analyses and provide appropriate assistance for processing You work with the installation, configuration and commissioning of systems such as PC client and printer management You develop our MS Sharepoint and MS Teams environment You perform general administrative tasks within a heterogeneous IT landscape You are responsible for first and second level support

Training: completed vocational training in the IT field or comparable qualifications Experiences and know-how: First experience in the Service Desk, good knowledge in MS Sharepoint/MS Teams/Power Apps/Power Automate, good knowledge in MS Windows/MS Office/, good network knowledge, basic knowledge IBM iSeries desirable, good technical and business understanding of advantage Language: Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Personality: Enthusiasm for qualified customer support as well as a high level of service orientation, team capacity, initiative and sense of responsibility
