For our growing portfolio at Buena, we are looking for an ambitious managing director (m/w/d), who initially performs a company in an operational role as a regional manager – and from there takes over, integrates and successfully develops further house administrations at the Sachsen site (Leipzig, Dresden, Chemnitz).

At Buena you are not only the operating director of a single house administration, but the driver of regional expansion and integration of several portfolios. Management & Operational Control of House Administration Integrating further home administrations in your region and gradually expanding your leadership responsibility restructuring & optimization of existing processes, processes and organizational structures Leadership: Discipline and professional management of existing teams Teambuilding: Combining different corporate cultures and creating a uniform team spirit

Multiannual experience in the real estate sector as well as sound knowledge in WEG and rental management leadership experience in managing teams – ideally in house administrations restructuring experience: You have already redesigned and successfully restructured processes, teams or business areas Commercial strength: You understand business performance, master liquidity planning and ideally have carried P&L responsibility Integration strength: You bring people, processes and cultures together
