We are looking for an experienced buyer (m/w/d), who actively contributes his network as well as his market knowledge.

Responsibility of strategic and operational procurement for various construction projects – from the daily need (“screws and clamps”) to large, complex procurement projects Accompanying the construction projects in partnership from the early stages of planning on the side of the architects and engineers Management of the award of trade unions including independent negotiation management and networking to partner companies Digitization: Participation in the introduction of digital shopping together with the team Perspective: With good performance, the further development to the Head of Purchasing (m/w/d) is planned in the medium term. Implementation of tenders, comparisons of offers and negotiations with contractors, suppliers and service providers Accompanying project development and construction projects in early planning phases in close cooperation with project managers, architects and engineers Construction, maintenance and further development of a resilient network of entrepreneurs, specialist companies and suppliers Identification and realization of savings and optimization potentials along the procurement processes Participation in the digitization and further development of purchasing as well as the introduction of modern purchasing structures and processes Perspective takeover of leadership responsibility with development opportunity to the Head of Purchasing (m/w/d)

Multiannual professional experience in the purchase of post-contracting services, materials and services in civil engineering Experience in the context of project developers, general contractors, contractors or larger construction companies Funded technical and commercial understanding as well as very good knowledge of the processes in turn-key construction Experience in tendering, awarding and negotiation of construction services Reliable network of entrepreneurs, specialist companies and suppliers, ideally in the Berlin-Brandenburg area Safe handling of the performance phases of HOAI and a good understanding of economic project relationships Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills and the ability to actively shape procurement strategies Hands-on-modernity and joy in developing structures, processes and digital tools
