You want to gain practical experience in recruiting and actively shape the entire application process? As an intern in recruiting, you support our team in day-to-day business and gain comprehensive insights into recruiting and talent acquisition. You have the opportunity to introduce your know-how, implement your own ideas and gain valuable experience in HR. Support of the recruiting team in the daily operating business with comprehensive insights into the entire recruiting process: from the perspective of incoming applications on the implementation of first telephone interviews to coordination and participation in interviews

You support the creation and publication of internal and external job advertisements on different platforms You are the first respondent for applicants as well as internal specialist departments and actively identify suitable candidates via social media platforms as part of Active Sourcing Accompanying Recruiting Events such as Higher Education Fairs and Representation of the Company You have the opportunity to participate in exciting HR projects and introduce yourself

Continuous Study of Business Administration, Economics (with focus on staff), Human Resources Management, (economic) Psychology or a comparable discipline Interest in recruiting and talent Acquisition as well as ideally first practical experience in the staff sector through study focuses or internships You work reliably, independently and structured and keep an overview in an agile environment Joy of communication and teamwork as well as the willingness to take responsibility and to introduce yourself with your own ideas You have excellent German knowledge in word and writing as well as very good knowledge in Microsoft-365 programs
