Installation of injection moulding machines: brushes and adjustment of the machines according to production requirements and specifications. Process monitoring and optimization: monitoring of machine parameters such as temperature, pressure and cycle time to maximize quality and efficiency. Maintenance and repair: performing regular maintenance work and repairs on injection moulding machines and manufacturing plants. Troubleshooting: Quick identification and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Quality assurance: ensuring compliance with quality standards and standards. Documentation and process analysis: collection and evaluation of production data for continuous improvement of processes.

Complete training as a procedural mechanic, industrial mechanic or comparable qualification. Found experience in handling injection moulding machines Knowledge of common injection moulding methods and machine parameters. Self-employed and careful working and team skills. Willingness to shiftwork and flexibility.
