When grinding the control edge, you use both a CNC-controlled grinding machine and a honing machine. Over the workplace, you support sawing and milling in the raw material storage and manual lapping. You independently check the ground valve assemblies on the hydraulic test bench. Furthermore, you can equip yourself with machines and perform tool change, adjustment work on tools, standard-accompanying measurements and documentation in Q-DAS. Regular maintenance of the machines also falls within your area of responsibility. Last but not least, you will also take care of the problem solution and troubleshooting on the machines.
