Project Engineer Planning Law

We are looking for you as project engineer:in Planrecht (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Berlin site. As a project engineer:in Planrecht you accompany Deutsche Bahn's infrastructure projects over all phases of the HOAI (1-9). The projects are financed by the Coal Regions Investment Act and each project has individual financing. You are responsible for managing all the topics relevant to plan law, such as the environment and areas, and you are a central interface between planning, approval and construction in various projects. Your tasks: You are responsible for the management and coordination of planning and approval procedures for railway infrastructure projects (in particular plan setting incl. EBA vote and support for public concerns (TöB) In addition, you will first, review and submit application documents and implement requirements from approvals and plan determination decisions You are also responsible for planning and controlling measures in area management (e.g. land security, coordination with owners and third parties) You coordinate the planning, construction and construction monitoring services in the field of environment in compliance with environmental, nature and species conservation requirements The coordination with the Federal Railway Agency (EBA), other authorities as well as internal and external project participants and the overall coordination of interdisciplinary project participants (technical planning, construction monitoring, law, purchasing, contractors) is your responsibility In addition, you tax contracts with specialist planners:inside and reviewers, you are responsible for the audit of invoices, offers and supplements The implementation of the requirements resulting from plan law, taking into account the timing, cost and quality control as well as the active risk and follow-up management, is your responsibility You are responsible for the creation of decision-making templates for project management and participation in approval and implementation strategies, as well as the creation, testing and participation of procurement, tendering and contract documents

Your profile: The basis of your career is a successfully completed technical/university study as an environmental engineer:in, civil engineer:in, environmental planner:in, landscape ecolog:in or comparable with the focus on environmental and nature protection Multiannual professional experience (3–5 years) in the planning and realization of infrastructure or construction projects You have profound knowledge of environmental, nature and species protection; knowledge of water law of advantage as well as experience in plan law (plan setting / plan permit) and in dealing with authorities, ideally in the context of EBA In addition, you have experience in building project management as well as ideally in managing projects via several HOAI performance phases with Knowledge of procurement, contract and follow-up management (HOAI / VOB of advantage) You are safe to use common software tools such as MS Office, SAP, iTWO, Doxis and FINK You are characterized by an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working with a high self-initiative, as well as a pronounced communication capability, secure appearance and team capacity Analytical thinking and quality, cost and time-conscious action round off your profile
