As an economic centre of the Nordschwarzwald region, the city of Pforzheim is one of the most important economic sites in Baden-Württemberg. With around 133,000 inhabitants, the city, known as a jewel and gold city, plans and manages a wide range of projects. The area of responsibility of the building management includes, inter alia, the maintenance of the building function, the commissioning and control of external planning offices, as well as service providers, ensuring compliance with operator requirements and the optimal management of the buildings over their entire life cycle. This makes building management a significant contribution to urban building culture.

Sachbearbeiter Cleaningmanagement (W/M/D)

We offer you a versatile, interesting and two-year full-time employment. If the technical and personal requirements are in place, a grouping up to 9a TVöD is possible.

**

• Creation and monitoring of calls for maintenance, glass and basic cleaning of all urban objects
• Control of external service companies during the contract term, quality assurance and ensuring the communication interface between users and service providers
• support in the development of resolution templates, budget reports and other specific municipal administrative tasks
• independent takeover of special infrastructural tasks, e.g. procurement of dirt traps or hygiene materials

• a completed training as a building cleaner, administrative specialist, real estate businessman, office businessman with additional qualification or a comparable commercial qualification according to the task profile; as an alternative a further development to the technician of the field of cleaning and hygiene technology, building cleaning master or a comparable qualification
• as many years as possible professional experience in building cleaning and in-depth expertise in cleaning
• high motivation, commitment and commitment as well as flexibility in working time
• Organisational design, resilience and service provider
• safe handling of the current MS Office applications
