You have a passion for demanding construction projects – we too! In the Filialbau department, you actively work with the new building, expansion and rebuilding of our branches and thus actively contribute to our success story. Become part of our team in one of the most beautiful sectors in the world with your know-how and be responsible for: Head of demanding projects in the field of Filialbau including coordination and supervision of the construction design Analysis and evaluation of construction objects & costing of construction services Procurement and award of construction services Planning of construction times incl. Checking progress Pick-up of regulatory approvals Planning agreement with architects, landlords and external partners Monitoring the execution of projects in compliance with all costs according to quantitative and qualitative specifications Accounting and documentation of building objects with handover to sales and maintenance

Completed degree (Bachelor) in the field of construction management, architecture, engineering or completed training as craft master Good time and project management skills Funded knowledge of the building management, ideally in the area of Filialbau Basic knowledge of building contract law and building order law Communication strength and hand-on mentality Unlimited readiness to travel within the previously defined area within Germany Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office programs Nobody is perfect!
