Senior Site Manager Civil Engineering and Road Construction (m/f/d)

Takeover of the overall responsibility for demanding road construction projects in North Rhine-Westphalia, Nordhessen and North-Rheinland Pfalz Management and coordination of the building management team and the building partners Ensuring the timely, high-quality and cost-controlled project implementation in compliance with working safety standards Creation, testing and control of construction schedules, performance directories and supplements Control of construction site logistics and material use to optimize the processes Contract and Subsequent Management including negotiation and settlement Coordination and communication with clients, authorities and project partners Risk and chance management during the construction process Support in costing and in the supply process Promotion and further development of the construction management team to increase team competence

Complete studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in road construction, ideally in leading function Funded knowledge of project management, contract law and construction planning Very good knowledge of VOB/B, VOB/C and the BGB, including the relevant occupational safety and environmental regulations Embossed leadership and communication skills Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
