Your tasks:

• Self-responsible management of your area as well as the processing of concerns of our customers:
• Guide your team and simultaneous appearance as a model and contact person for your employees, e.g. on the topic of further development
• Make decisions, e.g. in complaints or other requests from our customers:
• Ensuring (seasonal) availability of goods, inventory control incl. Auditing and inventory security in the entire building market
• Implementation of processes, e.g. for goods delivery and return
• Ensuring smooth running throughout the entire construction market in cooperation with the market team
• Implementation of concepts, services, internal and legal requirements (e.g. occupational safety) and support in sales
• As part of the market management you represent the company inward and outward

That's what you bring:

• Experiences in trade, e.g. as a merchant/buyer in single/large trade (m/w/d), trade specialist:in, business owner:in or in logistics, e.g. as a specialist warehouse logistics, logistics master:in or a comparable professional experience
• Experience in leadership and further development of employees
• Team skills, communication strength and decision-making pleasure as well as desire for self-responsibility *Expressed knowledge in the handling of goods management systems and in the evaluation of key figures
• Experience in the prioritization of the daily business as well as a quick understanding
• Implementation and a hand-on mentality
• Ideal assortment skills
