Are you interested in an exciting task in production? As a production aider (m/w/d) in dip coating, you work directly on the coating of various metal parts and contribute to achieving high-quality results. You will be part of a motivated team that creates innovative products and masters challenges every day. Your job is to actively shape production and ensure high quality. Teamwork and precision are the top priority here!

• You are responsible for coating different metal parts.
• You actively support immersion painting and ensure a smooth production process.
• You monitor the quality of the parts to be processed and report any errors.
• You work with colleagues to achieve production goals efficiently.
• You are able to take responsibility for your work and make sure that results are high quality.

We are looking for

For the position as a production worker (m/w/d), we are not necessarily looking for specialists. This includes motivation, willingness to work and team skills. Nevertheless, there are some requirements that we expect for this activity:

• You have good German skills to understand and implement instructions clearly.
• You bring shift readiness as work can take place in different layers.
• You are reliable and enjoy working in the team.
• Ideally, you have first experience in production or are motivated to work on you.
