Leadership: Leadership of a team of 24 drivers (m/w/d) and support and further development of team members Tour planning: Planning and optimization of tours for the delivery of textiles to various business customers in the vicinity of approx. 250 km Car park management: take over responsibility for the management and maintenance of our fleet and ensure the operational readiness of our vehicles Safety standards: Monitoring and enforcement of safety and quality standards in the fleet Customer orientation: Ensuring high customer satisfaction through efficient and punctual delivery

Education: Complete training in the field of logistics, forwarding, transport or comparable Professional experience: Multiannual leadership experience of fleet and logistics teams or as a disponent (m/w/d) Planning skills: Embossed skills in tour and deployment planning Organisational capacity: Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving competence Customer orientation: High level of customer orientation and strong service readiness Driving licence: Valid driving licence of class C or CE
