Kitchen Assistance (m/f/d)

• You order and collect the goods for breakfast supply and conference service via the goods management system
• You help with the storage of the supplied foods and the collection of the goods for daily sale in breakfast and conference service with
• You take the technical instructions of temporary, auxiliary and inclusive staff
• The preparation of the issue and the professional setting of food / menus at lunchtime, as well as the reordering of sold-off components belongs to your tasks
• You serve the cash register system and take care of the daily billing of the cashier after business closure
• You process private orders and conference services via digital tools and implement them independently
• You take care and cleaning after hygiene management (HACCP) and document compliance with occupational health and safety standards
• Working with special and evening events complete your area of responsibility

Your profile

• You have fluent German language skills in word and writing as well as basic oral knowledge in English
• You bring a current health certificate
• You have a valid passenger car license
• You convince by a structured, independent way of working and your communication skills both in the team and in dealing with customers
• You have already gained experience in the kitchen area and are safe to use cash register systems
• You like to take responsibility and work in the team
• Enforceability, flexibility and craftsmanship complete your profile
