Your tasks:

Your responsibility

• Control and coordination of measures in the planning phase
• Creation, updating and monitoring of schedules
• Control of costs and identification of supplementary matters
• Implementation of target-actual comparisons, also by construction site visits
• Development of follow-up concepts and preparation of follow-up negotiations

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, project management or commercial studies with relevant professional experience
• First professional experience in project management of construction measures of advantage
• Good analytical skills
• Knowledge of VOB and HOAI desirable
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
