You are responsible for the maintenance of sanitary and fire extinguishing installations of all VGF properties As a management of the championship, you are involved in budget planning for the maintenance of our properties and provide technical support in the creation of decision-making templates You lead a team of 6 employees and develop it professionally and methodically continuously You coordinate troubleshooting, repair and optimization measures and are also responsible for optimizing energy-relevant operating parameters in your area You bring your company expertise within the framework of new construction projects and accompany the progress of construction in the sense of the user representation

You have completed training as a master:in/technician:in or have been able to gain equivalent professional experience in a relevant trade union for several years after a qualified vocational training You are already qualified in the field of drinking water hygiene and at best as a sprinkler queue You have the ability to motivate the team through clear goals, positive communication and recognition and create an inspiring working atmosphere You can already demonstrate maintenance and planning-relevant experiences in the field of sanitary and fire extinguishing technology Knowledge of measurement, control and control technology (MSR) and building automation are advantageous You have very good German knowledge in word and writing to safely process technical documentation, to conduct internal and external votes, and to ensure professional communication in the team and with service providers If you are also willing to participate in our readiness, we look forward to your application
