You are responsible for the further development and optimization of clean room, cleaning and manufacturing processes in our ISO 5 clean room production You successfully introduce new products with increased purity requirements into production and maintain the associated process documentation You ensure highest quality, cleanliness and process standards and continuously develop our clean room environment You plan, qualify and maintain an ultra-fine cleaning system and ensure their reliable operation You carry out purity and particle analyses and develop innovative measurement and detection methods for highest cleanliness requirements You analyze process deviations, identify optimization potentials and implement effective improvement measures You act as technical contact persons, train employees and supported audits, change processes and the continuous development of our manufacturing technologies

You have successfully completed your studies in engineering or natural science (e.g. in the field of microsystem technology, electrical engineering, precision engineering or physics) You have relevant professional experience You are a strong organisational personality with a structured way of working and set the right priorities You possess an analytical mindset You have an independent, targeted working method with a high quality awareness You have creativity in problem solving You have a very good communication skills and speak as well as write German and English safe You like to work in the team and live a hand-on mentality
