Package Manager (m/f/d) Data Center Construction

PORR activities is expanding its data center and is seeking a Package Manager to manage a defined construction package on a large data center project. The package may cover CSA, fit-out, external works, electrical, mechanical, BMS, security, fire protection, or another project scope. Management of the assigned work package from mobilisation to handover Review of scope, drawings, specifications, programme, procurement status, and subcontractor deliverables Coordination of daily and activities with the subcontractor and site Tracking of progress, manpower, material status, and work front readiness Coordination of inspections with QA/QC and completion of records Verification of subcontractor compliance with EHS requirements, permits, RAMS, and site rules Management of RFIs, technical queries, design clarifications, and change items for the package Coordination of package interfaces with CSA, MEP, design, logistics, commissioning, and document control teams

Degree or technical qualification in a relevant construction or engineering Minimum 5 years' experience managing packages or subcontractors on large construction projects Experience in data center, mission-critical, industrial, or MEP-heavy projects preferred Good understanding of subcontractor management, short-term planning, EHS controls, QA/QC inspections, and documentation Ability to read drawings, manage technical queries, and understand package interfaces Good communication skills and ability to drive subcontractor performance while maintaining control of records Construction or qualifications package-specific technical requirements fluency in English; German or Polish language skills
