Expert Academy (Event Management / Temporary Parental Leave Replacement) (m/f/d)

Then come to our 6-member People Development & Academy team! Without you, your organizational talent and your overview, our trainings, events and events would not take place. As a central contact person (m/w/d) for employees, trainers (m/w/d) and event partners, you can provide smooth processes and positive experiences with professionalism and heart. Our goal: learning to shape modern, professional and with pleasure – and you play a crucial role in doing so. Your mission Planning & organisation: You coordinate our academy events, trainings and onboardings from A to Z – including scheduling, location booking, participant management and follow-up. Communication: You are in close cooperation with internal and external trainers (m/w/d), event locations and training managers – always with the aim of everything running around. You prepare meeting rooms and materials, welcome participants and moderate internal formats as well as onboardings – virtual, hybrid or in presence. Digital platforms: You maintain our Learning Management System (Cornerstone) and other platforms such as Intranet or Newsletter – IT affinity is important. Reporting: Through your evaluations and analyses, the team will help you constantly optimize our formats and budgets.

Complete training in event management, hotel or event area – or comparable qualification with relevant experience. Organizational design with structured, careful and service-oriented working. Communication strength and joy in contact with people. First experience in the moderation (virtual/hybrid) is of advantage – but we also like to teach you this. Readiness to travel for events in Germany and abroad (in a clear framework). IT affinity and joy in handling digital tools (experience with Cornerstone is a plus). Hands-on mentality, flexibility and serenity – even if it becomes dynamic. Team spirit, humor and an open, positive personality. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
