Head of Quality Control (m/f/d)

Heading, design and development of the QC department and ensuring sufficient staff and coaching and development of team members Processing of processes and workflows according to the internal quality philosophy, policy and guidelines and local legislation, as well as introduction of KPIs for monitoring the overall performance and effectiveness of the work processes Proactive cooperation with QA (Quality Assurance), QI (In-process Control) and QS (Quality Assurance) departments at all levels to ensure effective and targeted cooperation Management of the budget of the department in accordance with the financial guidelines of dsm-firemenich and active search for ways of saving costs Ensuring GMP-compliant documentation and electronic data processing in accordance with the principles of data integrity and setting of security standards and active search for security, health and environment improvements in the QC department In addition to a model function to create an efficient and sustainable LEAN working culture, report quality and safety deviations

PhD in Chemistry or Pharmacy with multi-year leadership experience in quality control Good understanding of quality and manufacturing and associated processes and solid knowledge in the GMP area Very good knowledge of IT systems, tools and Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Excel) Strong leadership qualities Impressed communication skills and social competence Very good German and good English skills
