We offer you an exciting function in the aftersales sector of the BMW branch Nuremberg.

What do you expect? They are the interface between customers, service consultants:inside and internal departments. You will also participate in the qualified order preparation and processing via the scheduling and dealer management system. They are also preparing decisions for the execution of warranty and cunning requests within predetermined guidelines. They are responsible for the qualifying accounting and can give our customers the content of explanations of invoice sizes. They process release requirements for leasing and insurance companies and take over tasks in receivable management as well as various organizational activities in the field of service consulting. Their task is also to optimize processes and quality standards.

What are you doing? Completed commercial or technical training. Ideally, first professional experience in the service of a car house. High communication capability, pronounced service orientation and social competence. Joy in working in the team, flexibility and resilience. IT affinity and high quality awareness for commercial and customer processes. Your individual and customer-oriented behaviour as well as professional care services provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Very good knowledge of German and English.
