Since our founding in 2016, we are now represented as an emergency supply service for beverages and food in almost all of Germany's metropolitan regions. Since 2020, the bottle mail is part of the Oetker Group. In order to fulfill our mission, we are looking for a working student in the leadership (m/w/d) – Logistics Operations at the next time. You are responsible for the operational readiness and performance of our logistics locations. For this, you use a variety of IT systems at our headquarters and are the first: for our locations in the day-to-day operating business.

Werkstudent im Leitstand (m/w/d) – Logistics Operations

You continuously monitor the performance of our logistics locations and ensure operational support and process processes in logistics You identify problems and disorders and use them proactively by giving recommendations for action to the sites and introducing countermeasures You follow standard operating procedures for recurring situations and find creative solutions for new challenges You are the central interface between the operational business of the sites and the relevant departments at the headquarters You create, process, document and close service requests, incidents and tickets In addition, you will support in elaborations and analyses

You have successfully completed the first semesters of your Bachelor/Master's degree, preferably in the field of engineering, natural sciences, logistics, economics or a comparable discipline You have an affinity for process control and analytics You are happy to decide and take responsibility for the control You are kind, empathy and communicative You are ready for shift and weekend work (Mo-Sa; 06:00-23:00) at our headquarters in Münster You speak fluent German You want to gain a very good overview of our logistics activities in a fast-growing company through diverse and exciting tasks in the area of leadership regional logistics in no time and look for an attractive perspective for the time after your studies
