Various tasks You take over the preparation and follow-up of appointments, assist in meetings and cooperate in the day-to-day business. In addition, you carry out orders from work equipment, business equipment and personal protective equipment for employees. You are responsible for the maintenance and updating of data, as well as the master data management in SAP S/4HANA (module MM). In addition, organize and prepare training and operating instructions. You arrange and prepare security visits and support the HSE area administratively. You contribute to the introduction, addition and optimization of internal and structural processes.

The employment rate is 50%.

Convincing profile Training: You have completed commercial training, ideally related to materials management or a comparable qualification Experience: First professional experience in materials management or commercial back office is desirable. Knowledge: You bring SAP knowledge, ideally in SAP S/4HANA (Modul MM). A good technical understanding is advantageous. The secure handling of the MS Office package is assumed. Ideally, you have experience in handling HSE software. Working methods: You are open to new topics and you additionally convince by your independent, systematic and careful work Personality: You convince with a strong planning capability, reliability and self-initiative and bring your skills into everyday work. About the area We are already working on the networks of the future today: Whether infrastructure for broadband, electricity or gas - we ensure continuous supply of material at the construction sites. Ensuring timely transports, the appropriate storage of our materials and the provision and distribution of our goods on the construction sites, our district centers and the commissioned service providers within our supply area are the first priority for our area. Last but not least, the return management of residual materials as well as the reuse in cooperation with the appropriate evaluators is one of our daily tasks.
