Project Manager Technical Facility Management - Location Berlin-Mitte (m/f/d)

Representation of the owner in all matters of the approximately 20 supervised commercial properties. This includes the communication with tenants, authorities and service providers as well as ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. Implementation of visits and inspections of properties to assess the structural condition and the technical infrastructure. You identify potential deficiencies and plan necessary measures for maintenance and improvement. Responsibility for the coordination and monitoring of external service providers and contractors who are responsible for maintenance and repair work. Ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the agreed standards and schedules. Plan and control relevant projects, in particular with regard to necessary maintenance measures and structural changes. Responsibility for monitoring the operating costs of the property, including analysis of cost developments and compliance with the budget.

You have several years of experience in technical facility management and/or in the field of building management/HKLS optimally from commercial property. A comprehensive technical and craft understanding is essential for this position. You are characterized by strong communication and negotiation capabilities that allow you to work successfully with different contact persons, including tenants and external service providers. Your independent and structured work combined with a high organizational talent helps you to keep the overview and effectively set priorities. You are ready to travel to the supervised properties in order to carry out personal visits and votes on site (about 25% travel activity throughout Germany).
