Contract and Supplement Manager Construction Supervision (VOB)

This activity does not permit the possibility of hybrid work. The daily work is done at the specified office location. At the closest possible time we are looking for you as contract and follow-up manager:in Baumonitor (VOB) (w/m/d) for DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH at the location Darmstadt, Frankfurt am Main or Koblenz. Your tasks: As a contract and follow-up manager:in construction monitoring, you will review the contracts of the construction services to be monitored and ensure active post-construction management including tracking of the post-production processing and documentation in the management systems For a timely follow-up examination, you will submit, in accordance with the requirements of the contracting party, co-ordinating and formalizing opinions and the entire correspondence with internal parties, contracting parties and contracting parties. You are the first respondent for the construction monitoring of contract checks and supplementary questions You organize, prepare and conduct meetings as well as negotiations with contractors and contractors and ensure structured protocol management and resilient decision-making Your own contributions to our construction monitoring system are set up and supported in the enforcement of these contracting and in the control of VOB displays, e.g. additional costs, disability and concerns You check, process and tax the contractually relevant correspondence in accordance with VOB/B, in particular additional cost, obstruction and concerns of the contractors You are driving forward the continuous improvement of processes and standards in contract and after-sales management and working closely with the relevant areas (e.g. purchasing, law, project management and construction monitoring)

Your profile: The basis of your career is a successfully completed technical/university study as a civil engineer:in, economic engineer:in construction, civil management or civil law or a comparable degree course Multiannual relevant professional experience in construction with a recognizable focus on contract/subsequent management according to VOB, external contractors and in the assessment of structural relationships (termination, quantity, cost and performance progress) You have well-founded knowledge of building contract regulations (especially VOB, HOAI and BGB) You have a pronounced written and oral communication strength: You work precisely with texts, formally as target-proof and enter into negotiations sovereignly Economic thinking and action, high self-initiative, structured working methods, reliability, decision-making strength and good organizational ability as well as commitment to quality characterize you You can show a valid class B driving licence This is important to us: Our claim is to offer all candidates the same opportunities for entry with us, both with equal suitability.
