Systematic detection of potential improvements taking into account data and facts Safe use of problem-solving methods (e.g. A3, 8D, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis) for sustainable problem solution. Conducting process analyses and value flow analyses Moderation and support of A3 problem-solving processes and workshops Planning, management and implementation of improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methods to achieve the relevant objectives Implement concepts, methods and standards for continuous process improvement Development and introduction of KPI systems to measure improvement performance preparation, care and further development of Continuous Improvement relevant reports and Dashboards Collection

• Analysis and preparation of CI key figures (e.g. project progress, savings, KPI development, maturity assessment)
• Ensuring transparency about CI activities, successes and improvement initiatives at management and team level
• Preparation of management reviews and presentations for the Head of Continuous Improvement and Leadership Team Coaching and empowering employees and managers in Lean methods, problem solving techniques and continuous process improvement Organisation and implementation of lean and self-assessments by company standards in cooperation with production and other areas Construction, development and control of Continuous Improvement Program @ Aenova Regensburg

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, business management, production technology or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in process optimization, lean management or operational excellence Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt of Advantage) Safe handling of problem Solving methods and A3 system Outstanding analytical skills and experience in project management Strong moderation skills, experience in building or developing a continuous improvement culture High level of self-initiative, structured working and result orientation as well as pronounced communication and coaching competencies, combined with persuasive strength and empathy Safe handling of reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel, Tableau, etc.) and KPI systems, good MS Office user knowledge (especially Excel) Good English in Word and Writing
