Legal Officer - Parental Leave Replacement (a*)

You advise the management and the areas of expertise in legal issues of the legal areas relevant to the Hamburg energy networks with a focus on energy law; In addition, your area of responsibility includes consulting in data protection law. You accompany projects from a legal perspective and support the development of legal and practical solutions. You analyze complex legal issues, prepare options for action and prepare sound basis for decisions. Examination, design and negotiation of contracts of a wide variety of types are also part of your responsibility. In judicial and extrajudicial procedures, you tax cooperation with external lawyers and represent the legal interests of the company. In addition, you test and evaluate relevant developments in case law, legislation and administrative practice and thereby guide recommendations for action for the company.

You have completed a degree in law and have successfully completed the 2nd state exam. Ideally, you bring relevant professional experience. Finding knowledge of energy economic law is what distinguishes you. Your interest in energy policy as well as innovative legal issues is strong. You have the ability to visually and understand legal reviews. You also work independently and bring a high degree of organizational, communication and team skills.
